When the "bright" ends, Here's come the "Dark"

It's a natural scenario, when days end, here comes night.
How about people?
Is it after our bright side had shown completely, our dark side will come out unintentionally?
Some sort of burdensome when you came to this question. You've try to be the brighter one for others, but in return people only remember your dark side that you show once in a while.
Sometimes, conflict do occurs, whether we should let our dark side completely take over us.
Undeniable, it's one of the way to self protection that will gradually corrodes yourself and at last, self destruction when you became extremist.

" It's sinful to made someone cry, worst when you made someone cry for you"
